Writers of the Future Video

PW mentioned today that L. Ron Hubbard’s Writers of the Future contest celebrated its 26th year on August 28. That’s a contest whose second quarter I was fortunate enough to win in 2000, and this video features many talented writers. What everyone says here is right on, and two of my mentors, Dean Wesley Smith and Kristine Kathryn Rusch, are also featured. (Me, I pop up around a minute and twenty into the thing, which is kind of cool–but pay attention to the big guns.)
